Dr. Cross has been helping me care for my teeth for as long as I can remember. Did some creative work after my braces as a teen thats lasted for years. Painless and great service!

My daughter went for the first time and she was comfortable as she now has braces and felt she was in good hands with Andrea the Hygienist who is super sweet and explains everything thoroughly. Appreciate how the front office reflects the back as well and everyone was pleasant. My appointment for the first time was good. I would like to meet and have Dr. Cross check my teeth as well. First time and never had the dentist have to review the x-rays in the back prior to coming in after the cleaning, so that was different for me. I would prefer those conversations in front of me. However, overall everyone is pleasant and it flowed from the front office to the back. I go on referrals and this was a great referral would really prefer to be seen by Dr. Cross who is more tenured, more experience, and it's his practice.

Today was my first visit at Dr. Cross's practice and I was very pleased with the service I received. The staff was very professional and friendly and the office was very clean. Andrea, my dental hygienist is a gem. She was very thorough and explained everything she did every step of the way. I didn’t feel like she was rushing just to get her job done. She was gentle and did an excellent job taking X-rays and taking care of my cleaning. You could clearly tell that Andrea loved her job and she is extremely good at it. Dr. Cross was very thorough at explaining my X-rays. He also did not rush and took his time to make sure I understood everything he was saying. I am happy I found Dr. Cross’s practice for myself and my family.

After my dentist of many years retired, I was recommended to come to Dr. Cross. And let me say it was such a pleasant experience!! Andrea was so gentle with me and my sensitivities, always checking to make sure I was comfortable. April and Jamie at the front desk were so friendly and helpful in choosing the right plan for me. And Dr. Cross was amazing. He took his time with me, breaking down all of his recommendations so that I could understand each one clearly. After having some bad experiences at other dentists I have tried, it feels good to have landed in such a warm and comforting place :).

Dr. Cross is amazing! He is genuinely concerned about his patients, takes the time needed to put people at ease and ensures the patient understands their dental needs and options. He leverages the latest technology to ensure the accuracy of his work and a beautiful finished product. He always goes above and beyond to not only help me, but extends his grace to help me navigate other family member health care needs as well. His work is exceptional! I never have any problems with the work his does after I leave the office. His entire team is courteous and competent as well.

This was my first time here and I am pleased beyond words. Chariti is amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable about what she is educating you on but not only that she does an amazing job. The staff is welcoming and ready to assist. I can’t forget Shawna, she is awesome also. If you are looking for a new dentist, please go check them out you want regret it!!!
